D’Key Civic is the public-facing community initiative name used for programmes, events, family support routes, public information and local partnership work.
Authority and counterparty control
The company must not be treated as an active counterparty unless a specific arrangement confirms that it has been activated and the necessary banking, accounting, tax and approval controls are in place. This website does not itself create contracting or payment authority.
