D’Key Civic is a public-facing community initiative. Carlton Dwayne Michael Mclawrence Ltd (Company No. 15913309) provides the intended legal and governance framework for future formal activity.
At publication of this version, the company is maintained as dormant and is not presented as currently trading through D’Key Civic. No site wording creates authority to contract, accept sponsorship, receive donations, sell tickets or undertake commercial activity through the company.
Any future formal company activity will require prior activation and appropriate banking, accounting and tax controls. D’Key Civic is not a registered charity.

D’Key Civic is the public community-facing branch within the wider D’Key ecosystem. Shared founder context does not merge D’Key Civic with the Republic of D’Key, D’Key Association, Academy of D’Key, D’Key Digital or D’Key Advanced Studies.
The operating distinction is deliberate:
- Carlton Dwayne Michael Mclawrence Ltd is the intended legal and governance framework for future formal activity, subject to activation and appropriate controls;
- D’Key Civic retains its own public purpose, initiative records, approvals and operating responsibilities; no separate financial or contracting authority is implied; and
- references to other D’Key branches describe wider founder context only and do not transfer authority, funds, liability or contractual responsibility between branches.
