Complaints & Concerns

How to raise an issue properly.

This page explains how concerns, complaints, conduct issues or safeguarding-related issues can be raised with D’Key Civic in a clear and proportionate way.

Process

How concerns are handled

D’Key Civic aims to receive concerns calmly, record the key details, review the issue proportionately and take appropriate action. Not every issue will require a formal process, but serious concerns should be treated carefully and with appropriate confidentiality.
