Reporting and transparency
D’Key Civic is committed to clear reporting. The first annual report will summarise delivered events, partnerships, verified evidence, learning, programme development and next steps.
Mission, aims, delivered-event records, volunteer contribution, partner activity, feedback and the status of developing programmes. Meal, warm-space, mentoring or workshop data will be included only once those routes are operating and recorded.
Reporting will develop in line with clean accounting, proportionate records and transparent community-facing communication.
The first Annual Report is being prepared and will be published once the reporting pack is ready.
The dated public record retains delivered event evidence and separates completed activity from developing programmes.
