How we use feedback
We review submissions and use them to improve delivery, planning, and community experience. Selected comments may be published as testimonials only when permission is given.
Privacy & safeguarding
Please avoid sharing children’s full names, addresses, medical details, or sensitive personal information. We may redact or hold back anything that could compromise privacy or safety.
Publication is optional
You can submit feedback privately, or allow it to be considered for publication. We may lightly edit for clarity and length where appropriate.
How approved feedback may be used
We do not publish comments automatically. Submissions are reviewed first, then either kept private for internal improvement or selected for public use only where permission is clear and the wording is suitable.
Internal improvement
Useful feedback may be used privately to improve event delivery, communication, volunteer coordination, accessibility, and safeguarding practice.
Public testimonials
Only approved comments with suitable permission may appear on the website, event pages, social posts, or partnership materials.
Moderated first
We may shorten, anonymise, or hold back submissions where privacy, tone, relevance, or safeguarding considerations require it.
