Easter event photos
Curated highlights
A small selection of respectful, family-friendly highlights. We avoid close-ups of children unless consent is clearly managed.
Numbered photo booth sets
If you used the photo booth, you can locate your pictures by number range and request an enhanced edit or a high-resolution version.
Privacy by default
We take a conservative approach. If anything looks unsuitable for public display, it is held back. See the Privacy page for general handling.
How the photo request process works
Instead of publishing a large open gallery, we recommend using this page as a controlled proof-and-request page. Families can identify their own image reference and request their own pictures directly.
Step 1 — Review
After the event, review the full set privately first. Remove blurred, unsuitable, duplicate, or privacy-sensitive images before anything is shown publicly.
Step 2 — Publish limited proofs
Publish only a small set of respectful highlights and simple numbered proof references, not a full downloadable gallery of everyone.
Step 3 — Manual fulfilment
Families request their own photo numbers using the form below. D’Key Civic then reviews the request and delivers the selected image privately.
What may appear here later
Curated highlights: a very small public recap set showing the atmosphere of the day.
Numbered proofs: simple references such as Booth • Photo 001–010, Booth • Photo 011–020, and so on.
What we avoid
We avoid a wide-open public dump of images, especially where unrelated families could browse or download pictures of other children.
Removal requests
If anyone appears in a photo and wants it removed, or believes an image should not be public, we will review and address that promptly.
Request an enhanced photo
Use this form to request an enhanced edit or a high-resolution version of a specific photo number. Please request only images of yourself, your child, or your own family group. Requests are reviewed manually before fulfilment, which helps keep the process safer, calmer, and more controlled.
