Spotlight standard
Useful, factual, proportionate
A spotlight should explain what an organisation or service does, why residents or groups may find it useful, where the authoritative information lives and when Civic last checked it.
Community Network · Spotlight
A factual editorial feature for explaining useful Swindon organisations and community infrastructure without implying ownership, endorsement or partnership.
Community infrastructure spotlight
Swindon Borough Council’s Community Hubs are designed as local access points for advice and connection across areas such as family support, housing, employment, wellbeing, youth and community activity. D’Key Civic maintains a plain-English signposting guide so residents can understand the route before visiting the Council source.

VAS supports Swindon’s voluntary and community sector through infrastructure including its charity directory, volunteering brokerage, training and sector information. For a small community organisation, it is often a more appropriate first route than trying to solve every governance, recruitment or networking question alone.
Spotlight standard
A spotlight should explain what an organisation or service does, why residents or groups may find it useful, where the authoritative information lives and when Civic last checked it.
What a spotlight is not
Inclusion does not mean sponsorship, endorsement, formal partnership or approval by the featured organisation. Those relationships are only stated when documented.
Information standard: time-sensitive external information can change. D’Key Civic identifies the source and check date, but visitors should confirm details with the named provider before travelling, applying, booking or relying on them.
