Freshness policy

Scheduled rechecks

Fast-changing routes are checked more frequently than stable organisation pages. The source register now records the next review date for each provider route.

Visitor protection

Provider remains authoritative

Even while a Civic check is current, dates, availability, eligibility and service details should be confirmed with the organisation actually providing them.

Correction route

Found something outdated?

Tell Civic what changed and we can recheck the named provider before updating the public guidance.

Trust layer

Where Community Network information comes from.

This register records the principal external sources used for current community signposting. D’Key Civic does not treat search-engine snippets, social posts or memory as the authority for time-sensitive service information when a named provider source is available.

Council

Swindon Borough Council

Used for Community Hubs, public events and Council-operated service information.

Machine-readable

Community source register

The same source layer is also stored in a machine-readable JSON file so future Civic/Ask Nello updates can retain provenance rather than relying on remembered URLs.

Information standard: time-sensitive external information can change. D’Key Civic identifies the source and check date, but visitors should confirm details with the named provider before travelling, applying, booking or relying on them.
