What is a Community Hub?

Swindon Borough Council describes Community Hubs as local places where different services work together so residents can get advice, discuss concerns, access family support and connect with services or community groups without needing to know which service to ask for first.

What Hubs may bring together

Depending on location and local need: early help and family support, housing and tenancy advice, employment and skills, health and wellbeing, youth/community work, community safety, library/digital inclusion and voluntary/community organisations.

Provider boundary: Community Hubs are a Swindon Borough Council programme. D’Key Civic is independently signposting the official route and is not presenting these Hubs as D’Key Civic services.
