What your RSVP does
- helps us plan attendance and family activities;
- lets us contact you if important event information changes;
- allows you to tell us about accessibility or dietary requirements.
Important: RSVP helps us plan but attendance remains subject to venue capacity and event arrangements.

Event venue: Community Centre @ Christ Church, Cricklade Street, Old Town, Swindon, SN1 3HB.
Arrival & parkingThere is limited visitor parking on the Christ Church site. Nearby public parking is available in Old Town, so please allow extra time if travelling by car.
Public transportBus services run into Old Town. Please check your route before travelling and allow time to walk from the nearest stop.
ChildrenThis is a family event, not a drop-off childcare session. Children must remain supervised by their accompanying parent, guardian or responsible adult throughout.
AccessibilityTell us about mobility, sensory or other practical requirements in the RSVP form. We will use that information to help plan reasonable event arrangements.
PhotographyPhotography may take place. RSVP does not give photography consent. Consent-aware event-day controls will apply, and you can tell the team if you do not want to be photographed.
ChangesIf material event arrangements change, this page will be updated and D’Key Civic will use RSVP contact details to send essential event information where reasonably possible.
